Violenza’s 94th Birthday Party
Happy Birthday Violenza! We celebrated Babe’s 94th birthday yesterday. Four generations all together in one house! What a wonderful, memorable time we had with her, as she entertained us on the piano and told stories. I made her a coconut-raspberry cake and since I didn’t have the numerals 9 and 4 for candles, I had to improvise and use a 9 and two 2’s. It looked like we were celebrating her 922nd birthday! We had a good laugh on that one :-). We sent her home with lots of love, some new clothes, and several bottles of her must-have wine. Here’s to many more years of you, Grandma Babe!

Hi! I really Loved this book, Bianca’s Vineyard, I really like the personal stories from Italy to Minnesota in it!! Great to hear about the Landmarks in St. Paul, and in other places in minnesota! It was a ‘can’t put it down read’ for summer!! Thank you Teresa for writing this story! Liz R. from Minnesota

Thanks so much, Liz! What an encouragement your letter was to me. I was hoping folks in St. Paul would find out about Bianca’s Vineyard because of the family’s connection to it. I am working on a sequel — hoping it will go to print next year 🙂 Blessings to you!
