And to those who may wonder just what Viovi juice is:  it’s a fantastic juice made from blood red oranges.  When we came back from Italy this summer my husband commissioned me to try to find the same juice here in the states that we were served in Italy. We loved the sweet, but rich taste, and the color is an amazing shade of raspberry.  I tried several brands, but to no avail, until I was introduced to Viovi in Seattle.  Eurka — that was it!  Since then, whenever I shop at a store that carries Viovi juice, I buy a container and stash in in the fridge.  Drinking  even a small glass of it takes me back to summer mornings on the Amalfi Coast.
